I ordered sneakers for my daughter.
I ordered sneakers for my little girls birthday and lovely Aus Post have lost the package, which I found out from the owner. Not their fault, I deal with freight as well. But within half an hour of knowing this they had another pair in the mail and I got them the next day, loveliest people to deal with and nothing was an issue. Even when I found out after all this I had ordered the wrong size due to being in a hurry. Again, they were fantastic and didn't bat and eyelid. They even said "what is your little girls favourite colour and sent out a gift for her". They have organised another pair of the same shoe to come out straight away before even seeing the wrong ones back. No one does that. Amazing, so if you can support this business and the people that work with them, please do. Nothing is an issue, be nice to them because they are fantastic and do what they can, Tala Collection will be my first port of call.

TALA absolutely delivers. I was doubtful at first ordering through a site i wasnt famaliar with but it was easy and seemless. Communication was great to follow up on my delivery. In the end i got my shoes and was so thrilled. The wait was worth it and the package arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
